Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker has overturn Proposition 8. Proposition8 is funded by the religious right and the Mormon church who against this. With this choice it will be their direct hit. Some people pleased some others who have homosexuals are will be mad. Prop 8 main thought is that same sex marriage is against the law.
