Sub letting reduces dependency on directly employed labour. It results non-wage cost of employment such as redundancy payment and offsets the risk associated with the responsibility by transferring them. Sub letting is necessary when to use specialists of proven reliability and repute to face technical complexity involved in a project. There are two distinctly different modes of sub letting that everyone is known to; domestic and nominated.
The domestic subcontract is a direct contract between a sub-contractor and the main contractor where the sub contractors are treated as an internal composition of the main contractor for the purpose of responsibility. This is a form of letting sub-contracts whilst giving the employer some choice where the main contractor is given a list of names of sub-contract companies to whom he may go for that package of works. Usually, the employer may reasonably expect the contractor to progress the work on a domestic sub contract basis with one of the sub contractors place forward by the main contractor. The contractor should be allowed to entertain the benefit of any pre-agreed rates and prices in their domestic sub contract without justifiable objection.
But, the contractor shall not sub-let whole of the works. The

ed note: Ron Artest is the Indiana Pacer basketball player that went into the stands @ The Palace of Auburn Hills, home of YOUR DEE-TroOiiITTTT PISSS-ToOOONS!, to punch the lights out of some doofus who threw an empty cup at him.
But he went after the incorrect guy & bedlam ensued with both teams going at each other & loyal fans jumping in and rushing the court to taunt & harass the surrounded Pacer’s still on the court.
Local news teams pooled their footage of the incident & painstakingly combed their video frame by frame in an effort to identify the rogue participants.
What followed was nothing less than a complete indictment of video-as-mug-shot when their efforts went for naught & identification proved inconclusive.
Finally a visibly distraught management flak made an impassioned public appeal for cooperation from the public at-large & sweetened the deal with 2 seasons tickets to anyone who would rat out their "Bro".
Response was phenomenal as everyone seated within a 3 section radius of the offender experienced a Satori-like epiphany.
The illuminated masses couldn’t wait to finger said perp.
That’s the way I remember it.
Anyway Ron Artest was vilified by the Piston faithful for many moons after the whole affair.
This guy showed some stuff by publicly flaunting his jersey.

World Aids Day – Curb Its Spread and Become More Aware
World over Aids Days was celebrated during last week with much pomp. It was a celebration, indeed, to make more and more people aware of the dreadful mass disease. With so many people becoming AIDS victims, researchers from across the world are busy engaged in experiments for coming out with innovative methods to prevent AIDS disease, notwithstanding is the efforts of drug researchers to come out with sophisticated drugs that can combat the virus efficiently.
World Aids Day has been observed as AIDS Education day, sharing of knowledge, and prevention to millions of people.
AIDS Education was given to thousands of sex workers at several places across the world. Safe sex practices were advocated to see that AIDS is checked at the source point itself.
This free information was also given to hard/drug addicts, who are a very high risk group for the disease. They were told of the mantra ‘one needle/one time/one man’ and educated of the use of disposable syringes and/or autoclaved needles.
Furthermore, health education was given to healthcare practitioners who continually engage with AIDS patients. The importance of careful disposal of contaminated body fluids such as blood, semen, vaginal secretions, amniotic, peritoneal and pleural fluids, was emphasized and strict compliance with standard disposal measures were advocated to them.
Education and awareness itself can help in with the prevention of this deadly disease. Next time when you confront an AIDS patient you know to be compassionate with him and you also know how to handle him.

The Direction of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
For many years, Tampa Bay Buccaneers tickets were at best an afterthought in Tampa. The team was terrible every season, and no one wanted to go watch the dregs of the NFL lose week in and week out. That all started to change in the 1990’s, but, with the arrival of Tony Dungy, who helped turn the entire culture of this historically-terrible franchise around. Management ultimately grew impatient with Dungy, though, and dismissed him after the 2001 season.
In came wunderkind Jon Gruden, who had built the Raiders into a Super Bowl contender. Gruden was seen as the coach who could take the Buccaneers to the next level, and that’s exactly what he did. Gruden led the Buccaneers to their first Super Bowl championship in his first year with the club, and he was instantly hailed as a hero in Tampa.
The only point that was made in regards to the Super Bowl title, though was that Gruden had won with “Dungy’s players.” This appeared to not sit well with Gruden, so he teamed with his former Raiders colleague Bruce Allen and started to mold the franchise the way he saw fit.
Normally, when a coach wins a Super Bowl, he’s given nearly a limitless amount of latitude, especially since Gruden did not come cheaply to the Buccaneers. The Bucs’ ownership gave the Raiders a bevy of draft picks and millions of dollars in cash to bring him to Florida, and their investment appeared to pay off immediately both in terms of glory and in the sales volume of Tampa Bay Buccaneers tickets.
But, after a few seasons without any serious runs towards another Super Bowl, questions about Gruden are beginning to surface. Most basically, the question that’s beginning to arise is, “Are the Buccaneers headed in the right direction?” We’ll attempt to answer that below.
Style
Gruden has always been a huge believer in veterans, especially at the quarterback position. He led the Raiders back to prominence with Rich Gannon pulling the trigger on his complicated offense and won the Super Bowl in Tampa with Brad Johnson at the controls. This belief in veterans extends beyond quarterbacks, but, and that belief is shown throughout the Buccaneers’ current roster.
The benefit of playing a veteran team is that these teams are always prepared and make fewer mistakes in general. But, a roster filled with veterans also shortens the championship window, as older players tend to lose their physical edge at unpredictable times, and with the salary cap in place, it’s not simple to have the proper depth in place.
That appears to be what’s happening with the Tampa Bay defense. The Buccaneers’ defense had a run of legendary play, and that unit was as responsible as any not only for the team’s rise under Dungy, but also for their Super Bowl win. That defense is starting to get ancient, and there aren’t many talented players waiting to replace their core.
The same could be said for their offense, as Gruden has never really place together a dominant, precision-oriented attack for which he’s known. Their starting quarterback going into the season, Chris Simms, was terribly injured, and now Gruden is left with a rookie in Bruce Gradkowski. Gradkowski is playing well, but he’s no Rich Gannon or Brad Johnson, at least not yet.
Overall, the team is aging, and they may have to do some rebuilding before long as their core players continue to age. Tampa Bay Buccaneers tickets will remain in demand for the foreseeable future, but for how long remains to be seen.
